Description

Brun de Vian-Tiran is a story of manufacturers, wool makers, adventurers and inventors of noble fibers. Labelled a Living Heritage Company (EPV), the spinning mill was founded in 1808 and has over two hundred years of history.

L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, where the spinning mill has been based since its origins, is a town with a long history of silk and wool production. It made the most of all its natural resources: water and its driving force, wool, thistles, madder, olive oil… which its inhabitants masterfully supplemented by developing industrial tools and equipping themselves with paddlewheels – the town counted up to sixty-six in operation! -The company was also equipped with fulling mills, spinning machines and, later, power looms…

Come and discover the ancestral know-how of Brun de Vian Tiran, through a timeless collection of excellence, where wools from all over the world are worked with precision and finesse for an unparalleled result: Cashmere, baby llama, baby camel, Yanzhir, Cashgora, Mérinos d’Arles Antique, a trademark registered by Brun de Vian Tiran and exclusive to this exceptional house.

Care instructions: We recommend dry cleaning. We recommend cleaning once a year under normal operating conditions. In case of heavy use, shake and aerate your fabric regularly, and brush lightly and gently with an adapted rubber brush, specifically designed for delicate fabrics.
