Preamble

In order to validate the order, the customer must have read and accepted the present general sales conditions in their entirety.

These conditions may be modified at any time without notice.

In the event of a modification occurring after the order has been registered, the applicable version of the conditions of sale is the one accepted at the time the order is validated by the customer. This version is identified by the date and time shown in the order registration document, sent by e-mail to the customer and the merchant.

In accordance with current legislation, SARL CRET COMPAGNIE 1850 cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or poor performance of the contract (the sale), which would be attributable to the customer (death, serious accident, departure abroad…), to an insurmountable and unforeseeable event (natural disaster, international conflict…), or to a case of force majeure.

1. Product information

1.1 Price display

The prices indicated on the product sheets are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and do not include delivery charges.

Products subject to a promotion, destocking, liquidation or sale are marked with a crossed-out price corresponding to the price applied prior to the operation. The special price (not crossed out) is therefore the price applied for the sale of the product during the operation.

Promotions and sales indicate a period of validity for the operation, from the first day inclusive (from 0:00) to the last day inclusive (until 0:00). In the event of a dispute, the time indicated by the customer at the time of order validation shall prevail.

Crossed-out prices and prices not subject to rebates are manufacturer’s recommended prices.

1.2 Product information

Product information such as images, descriptions and product references, visible on the site by the customer or during his order, are given for information only.

In the event of a dispute as to whether the product ordered corresponds to the product received by the customer, only the product description, visible in the order registration, acts as a link between the product chosen by the customer and the product delivered to the address entered by the customer.

The product designation also corresponds to the designation selected in the drop-down list on the product page, when the customer has to make a choice in the product’s variation (color, size, surface…). In all other cases, the designation also corresponds to the title visible on the product page.

SARL CRET COMPAGNIE 1850 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all product information, including titles, images and descriptions. However, any errors that may have occurred are fortuitous and will be rectified as soon as possible after they have been reported.

Manufacturers may also make changes to their products, for which SARL CRET COMPAGNIE 1850 makes every effort to update information as quickly as possible.
